Tom (Sunstrom) is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Not only did he manage taking me to see 37 houses in the 2 ½ days I had available, he handled getting a fabulous inspector, recommended great contractors to work on the remodel, and basically attended to every detail as I was out of state. When we started looking for a new home we had never sold a home in Texas. Having moved from out of state, there were a lot of different processes and laws. When closing delayed, he was there again with reassurances that the issues would get resolved.
