At the same time our national economy placed its wearied legs on the rocky trail ascending from the cold and shaded ground of the valley floor, a group of individuals were making a monumental decision that would culminate with the creation of a unique and needed real estate brokerage. The dawn of Outlaw Realty was upon us.
In 2011, what is now “Outlaw Realty” was “Outlaw Real Estate Group”; a band of Realtors led and owned by the consummate Blake Outlaw, and part of Private Label Realty. Blake originally formed the group within Keller Williams in 2004, and in 2008 decided to “take their talents” to the newly formed brokerage of PLR. OREG flourished within PLR, winning numerous awards for both production and referrals. In 2010, after deliberation, Blake changed the business model from an individually owned entity to a true partnership, equally owned by each member. Internally, OREG was made up of a very diverse and talented set of individuals, each serving clients at a high level. The foundational system for service and referrals, first drafted by Blake and later expanded on and honed by the rest of the partners, was the essence of excellence and the base of OREG’s perception; in the eye of both consumer and colleague. However, another basis for excellence, quality of life, community outreach and freedom was just beginning to materialize. Outlaw’s family culture was being defined.
In September of 2011, an opportunity arose for Blake. With opportunity comes change. In order to pursue this new venture with fullness of energy, Blake would need to relinquish his ownership within Outlaw Real Estate Group. During this transitional period, Outlaw Realty would be formed.
Outlaw Realty became an independent brokerage in December of 2014. We have a winning formula and a scalable vision to enhance the lives of our colleagues and clients.
