Many first time home buyers occupy the smaller cottages and then stick around to build their custom homes on the bigger lots of Allandale.
Northwest Austin
Easy access to the lake, awesome city views, and established schools make this area of Austin a popular dwelling place for families. The Domain is the newest destination shopping area in Austin and officially anchors North Austin as an upscale living destination.
